The Biaggi story began over 30 years ago, when Ron Hersh from Brooklyn New York and Stephen Chen from Taipei Taiwan joined forces to start a handbag company. Combining Chen's expertise in product engineering and Hersh's background in sales and marketing, the new company called Rosetti seemed sure to succeed. The bags looked beautiful and the quality was top notch, but there was one big problem. Nobody was buying them.
After a year of weak sales, Stephen and Ron considered closing the company down. After all, they both had families to feed and bills to pay so the Rosetti experiment looked like it would be short lived. Not wanting to give up so quickly, the partners decided to try something different. Changing their focus from fashion to function, Rosetti reinvented itself overnight. They became the first brand to combine a wallet and a handbag into one bag, the first to put a cell phone pocket on a handbag, and the first to put a light inside a bag. Rosetti quickly became known as a leading innovator in the handbag world, and enjoyed many years of success.
Owned by Ron Hersh's son Stephen and longtime luggage industry veteran Earl Jacobs, Biaggi has taken the lessons learned by Rosetti and applied it to luggage. Without compromising on quality or durability, Biaggi is the first luggage brand to create four-wheeled luggage that folds for easy storage. Whether you live in a large home or a small apartment, nobody wants their luggage taking up valuable living space in their garages, closets or spare bedrooms.

Hi, I'm Stephen Hersh and I want to thank you for shopping at Biaggi.com. You may have seen me on Shark Tank Season 6 pitching Biaggi's lines of foldable luggage and ZipSak duffles. Being on Shark Tank was a lot of fun and the opportunity to showcase our unique and innovative products to the "sharks" was a humbling experience. In addition to being successful business people and role models, the sharks were all extremely courteous and are high quality individuals. Before entering the tank, I had no idea what to expect. Would they see the value in Biaggi's space-saving products? Would these wealthy business people who probably have no shortage of living space, appreciate the convenience that our luggage provides to our customers? Would I get an offer? I felt confident that I could hook one of the sharks, but not in my wildest dreams did I think that I'd get two amazing offers. So Biaggi survived the Shark Tank - and now, we've got bigger fish to fry.
I hope that you join me on this exciting journey, as we continue to take your luggage to places it has never gone before.
