Repairs

If your Biaggi bag requires repair, please contact us at customerservice@biaggi.com. Please include your order ID, and the Zipcode where you live. A Biaggi representative will get back to you within 24 hours and will work with you closely to identify a repair center near you. If there are no repair centers near where you live, Biaggi will pay for the item to be shipped to the repair center. Biaggi will also cover all costs associated with the repair, as long as you are within the warranty timeframe.
