Warranty Info/Returns

Our Return Policy

Biaggi accepts all returns for any reason whatsoever, as long as the customer requests a return within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in brand new condition, and must be returned with the original product packaging. Should a return be necessary due to a manufacturers defect or a warranty claim, Biaggi will pay for 100% of the return. All other returns will be at the customers expense.

 

Contempo Collection

The Contempo Collection

The Contempo Collection of foldable luggage and totes is fully warranted to the original owner against all defects of workmanship and materials for 10 years from date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear which may occur over time, airline or common carrier damage, loss of the bag or contents, damage to the contents or related costs. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline. 

For warranty service, contact the retailer where you purchased the product or visit www.biaggi.com/repairs. Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This is required to validate the warranty.

 The ZipSak Collection

The ZipSak Collection of foldable duffles is fully warranted to the original owner against all defects of workmanship and materials for 2 years from date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear which may occur over time, airline or common carrier damage, loss of the bag or contents, damage to the contents or related costs. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline.
